I'm wondering this same thing myself. After much grief trying to install/update/run from my original copies (discs are fine, compatibility isn't) I found that I could download through my Battle.net account, which is awesome, but didn't see TFT on there. Is it safe to assume if I install using the Blizzard downloader Frozen Throne is already meshed into the code and I just need to register my CD Key to my account to unlock the content? Guess i'll answer my own question in an hour or so and report back. Superfluous post is superfluous.
